Product Overview
Since 2018, our company has developed the PLA Biodegradable Box Plate Making Machine, a plastic sheet extrusion line designed for producing high-foam polylactic acid (PLA) sheets. This equipment is also capable of manufacturing foam boxes and plates used in food trays, fast food containers, express delivery packaging, and more.
- PLA foaming products exhibit excellent performance with strong structural integrity, uniform cell structure, a smooth surface, and high heat resistance (80-100℃).
- The PLA sheets achieve a foaming ratio of 5-15 times, with additional secondary foaming of 1.5-1.8 times during molding and preheating.
- PLA foaming products comply with various certifications, including compostability and non-toxicity standards in Europe and the United States.
- The technology includes over ten patents, covering aspects such as PLA screw design, molds, finalization, crystallization treatment, and production process technology
